Why Black?
I was asked why I have a monochromatic obsession and the answer
is simple, It is just my Jam right now!
I have had the same style of vintage and BLACK for a very long time now.
I have dabbled in many trends, be them wonderful or awful. But I always go back to black or prairie vintage dresses. Not depressed, it’s just an easy color to
wear. Here is why!
My 5 reasons for always reaching for black clothing.

1.
I have
kids Home-girls, I am completely wrecked daily by spills, and dirty hands. Mostly due to my toddler. Black you can see a severely reduced amount
of those said marks.
2.
I have had three kids, and black tends to make
me feel a little better. I have a lower sagging
showing threshold.
3.
Um, even if I am wearing thrift store finds, to
Target specials folks always think I am dressed up, it’s the color not my dorky
clothing choices that is for sure…..
Pretty much you can be a thrifty JEW like myself and still have people
think you tried lol!
4.
It never goes out of style, Black is Black. Summer, winter, fall, spring!
5.
Makes me look like an almost 40 year old
(although I tend to act a hair immature), and I think it makes gals seem
mysterious. Don’t know if that’s what it
does for me, but that’s what I see when a girl is a BLACK clothing lover!
You would be surprised
how much easier getting ready is when black is your color.
Just keeping it
simple yo!
